It is a full-contact karate style that has been officially recognized as an independent discipline by the Japan Headquarters. We have our own specific rules and regulations, and we do not follow or associate with the rules of any other organization or karate style. The World Senkoukai Karate Organization, which he founded, adheres to a traditional full-contact style that combines the techniques and philosophies of Shotokan Karate and Kyokushin Karate. This comprehensive approach also incorporates weapons training, known as Kobudo, and practical self-defense strategies.From a very young age, Hanshi Shaswat Kumar exhibited a profound passion for martial arts. He began his Karate training at the tender age of five, setting the foundation for a lifetime of disciplined practice and continuous learning. His relentless pursuit of excellence led him to train in several countries renowned for their martial arts traditions, including Japan, Indonesia, and Spain. This extensive international training enriched his skills and broadened his understanding of various martial arts forms.Throughout his career, Shaswat Sensei achieved numerous accolades. His unique style of Karate, which skillfully blends traditional elements with innovative techniques, garnered significant admiration from peers and masters worldwide. This distinctive approach to martial arts played a key role in his recognition, culminating in his receipt of the Judan (Black Belt 10th Dan), the highest rank in martial arts. This prestigious honor was bestowed upon him by Soke Yoshimoto Tanaka, the President of the All Japan Martial Arts Organization Headquarters in Japan, recognizing his exceptional skill, dedication, and contributions to the martial arts community.Additionally, Senkoukai Karate has been officially recognized as a distinct Karate style by the International Bujutsu Karate Association Headquarters in Japan. This recognition was granted by Grand Master Masaki Watanabe, Black Belt 10th Dan, the founder and president of the association. Furthermore, Grand Master Ryogo Ito, President of the New International Karate Kenpoh-Do Shieijyuku Yamanashi Headquarters in Japan, has also acknowledged Senkoukai Karate as an independent Karate style, adding another layer of prestige to its unique approach.Today, Hanshi Shaswat Kumar stands as one of the most esteemed Karate masters in India. His influence extends beyond his own achievements; as the founder and Chief Instructor of the World Senkoukai Karate Organization, he has mentored countless students, instilling in them the values of discipline, respect, and perseverance.
